Summer Reading Lists

Summer is the best time to build readers, and build on skills learned this past year. Our lists are made up of a variety of reading; picture books, chapter books, non-fiction and program readers. Some books are part of a series. Advanced readers enjoy non-fiction books as well, and many intructional books make for good summer reading, both for projects and knowledge. We built our Reading Lists for Kids LEAVING the grade listed.


Third grade readers get choices! Some are just developing - they can't give up Magic Treehouse! - Strong readers are ready for much bigger challenges - Harry Potter books are'nt beyond their grasp! Our selection:
